DRAFT v0 notice

Safe Freight Program (SFP) holds the driver record your carrier created: your name and your carrier associations. It is used so authorised receivers can verify your participation and standing. Once you claim the record, you control it. You can decline to claim it, and unclaimed records are removed under the SFP retention schedule. Full details: Privacy Policy.

This record is visible now, in its unclaimed state, to authorised receiver businesses checking site entry: your name, your SFP code, and the carrier that added you — shown as "not yet claimed by the driver." It was provided by that carrier so receivers can verify participation. It stays visible only while a carrier association exists and is removed under the SFP retention schedule if never claimed. Claiming it puts it under your control; tapping "Not me" ends it for you now.
