Facts
The accused runs a fleet of twelve heavy vehicles. On the 8 January 2026, a heavy vehicle was detected between Safe-T-Cameras in less than allowable travel time. The company has an extensive history of not replying to any notices sent by the Regulator. The Court noted that this is a serious matter, frustrating the regulator in its duties, possible having people that are unfit driving heavy vehicles on New South Wales roads. This is a recalcitrant offender and nothing has worked with this accused.
