Facts
On 21 May 2021 a worker was fatally injured when a large dump truck ran over him. After a SafeWork NSW investigation, the company was charged with a breach of section 32/19(1) of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011. The District Court convicted the company on 21 March 2025 and fined it $450,000.
